Got questions? We have answers.

Our passion is for facilitating health, resolving sport and overuse injuries, and optimizing performance on and off the field. At Thrive Spine and Sport, we pick up where others have failed. Many patients have tried numerous providers before finding relief in our office.

What are my payment options?

We accept cash, check, major credit cards, FSA (Flexible Savings Account), & HSA (Health Savings Account).  We currently accept most BCBS plans.

What is the cost?

Our new patient comprehensive exam is $150. The comprehensive exam includes patient history, physical examination, review of medical records, diagnosis, and explanation of your diagnosis to you. The first visit is to gain a complete understanding of your problem and knowing what we can do to help. No treatment is performed on the first visit. If your problem is not serious enough to find out the cause and what can be done to help, then we aren’t the clinic for you… yet.

If you are a candidate for care, treatment will begin on the following visit. Follow-up visits are $65. The average number of follow-up visits is 12 to 16, always depending on the examination and complete diagnosis.

How do I know if the doctors will be able to help?

If you have any muscle, joint, or nerve problems then you are a good candidate. This is what we do best. If you have also failed other treatments or haven’t reached your maximum level of improvement, then you are also a good candidate. Our doctors focus on finding and fixing adhesion, which is a difficult problem to find and even more difficult to fix. Integrative Diagnosis® trained providers can help with this problem as it is not extensively trained in any doctorate education. Our type of care is unique so all potential new patients will need to come in for a comprehensive consultation exam. The consultation is 15 minutes and the doctors will thoroughly discuss your case with you to determine if you are a candidate for care.

How long are follow up visits?

Follow up visits are 10-15 minutes. The goal of any treatment is to get you back to functioning as well as possible without pain and limitation so you will be given specific guidance that you are expected to follow if you want the best resolution to your problem. This is a team approach—not a passive one.

How long is the initial exam and what does it involve?

The initial visit typically lasts 30-45 minutes and entails an Integrative Diagnosis® exam, neurological testing, review of past imaging/medical history, accurate diagnosis, report of findings, and treatment plan. The doctor will also discuss any other complicating factors that may be present or could potentially become a problem. Please bring any imaging and relevant radiology reports. No treatment is done on the initial examination.

Are there any other treatments that can do the same thing?

The short answer is not exactly. There are many manual treatments and instrument treatments that seem similar from the patient perspective, but the proof is in the results.
