Nerve entrapment is probably a condition you are unfamiliar with. Nerve entrapment is a condition in which nerves passing through confined spaces are pressed upon or adhered to other structures. The syndrome manifests with pain (usually tingling, burning, numbness) or with loss of function in the nerve.
